Overview
There are a number of reports within Funnel that provide insights into agent, marketing sources and community leasing performance. This guide is intended to help managers, marketing teams, and regional managers know how to measure performance, usage and adoption of the Funnel system, as well as how to interpret the data to coach agents as needed. In addition to the reports below it is always recommended to review the Dashboard within Funnel to review open tasks, tours, and action required items.
