Editing Task Assignments
Task Assignment logic in Funnel has been updated to allow for tasks to be assigned to different agents on a Team. In addition, agents can now update due dates, and change the task type as needed.

Editing Task Assignments
- From the Dashboard, locate the Task, select the hamburger menu next to the task and click Edit
- On the Edit Task Modal, the agent can:

- Change Agent Assignment
- Change Due Date
- Change Task Type
- Changing Due Date or Task Type will require the agent to select a change reason:

- Vacation/time off
- Too busy
- Needs more research
- Contact delay
Note: Changing Agent Assignment does not require a Change Reason to be selected
- Once all changes have been made, click Save Task
- The changes made will reflect on the Timeline of the guest card
