Portfolio Report
The Portfolio Reports show the relationship between each community, unit, or layout and the number of prospect related events that occurred during the selected date range.
This report helps assess the performance of communities across your portfolio, and how specific units and layouts perform relative to others in the same property or across properties.

Preferences Report Overview
- Navigate to Funnel and select Reports
- Select Activity and click on the Portfolio report
- The report will default to a current Week view of the Community Report
- Report Options include:
- Community Report - will display prospect specific detail by Team (Community)
- Layout Report - will display prospect specific detail based on preferred layout indicated on guest cards
- Units Report - will display prospect specific detail based on the prospect’s assigned unit
- Filter Options include:
- Date - provides the ability for the user to select the desired time frame for the report. Preset filter options are included, or the user can select a custom time frame
- Team - provides the ability for the user to easily select one or more Teams to include in the report or allow the default to include all Teams the user has access to
- Agent - provides the ability for the user to easily select one or more Agents to include in the report or all the default to include all Agents the user has access to
- Update the filters as desired and click Refresh. The report will not update unless this option is selected. Whenever a change is made to the filters, the Refresh icon will turn blue. This is to highlight that the user’s updates have not yet been displayed on the screen.
- The Detail of the report will always include the below data points based on the report selected
- Community, Layout, or Units will always display based on the report selected
- Units - total units at the community
- Units Available - total units available at the community
- Leads - total leads assigned to agent
- Scheduled Tours - total scheduled tours
- Walk Ins - total walk ins handled by the agent
- Completed Tours - total completed tours by the agent
- Completed Tours + Walk Ins - total completed tours plus walk ins by the agent
- Returning Tours - total number of return tours handled by the agent, return tours mean the lead has toured in a prior period
- Rescheduled Tours - total number of scheduled tours that were rescheduled
- Applications - total number of applications
- Leases - total number of leases
- Did Not Rent - total number of leads marked as Did Not Rent in Funnel
- Gross Rent - total gross rent for the applications
- Net Rent - total net rent for the applications
- Avg Gross Rent - average gross rent for the applications
- Avg Net Rent - average net rent for the applications
- Click on any values within this report to view the drill-down detail
- Easily review which leads are included within this column. Select Download to download the detail or the X to close out and return to the previous screen
