Welcome to Funnel! We are thrilled to be partnering with you and can’t wait to hear how your first day in the system goes. Funnel does the heavy lifting for you to get your leads into the Funnel system automatically. Let’s run through a couple of quick items to make sure the system is optimized for you and your team. From the Dashboard, select Unassigned Prospects. Click on a prospect’s name and under the Overview section click the Agent icon to assign an agent. All available agents will appear in this list. |

Verify community details are updated for use in the auto-responder, templates, and chatbot |
Go to My Communities → Communities and select your community name. Review information. Click edit to make any necessary changes. |
