Edit An Existing Guest Card
After a guest card is submitted to Funnel, either by the prospect or a leasing agent, the guest card information may need to be edited.
Editing a guest card
NOTE: The ability to edit a guest card is permission-based. Depending on a user’s permissions, this area of Funnel may or may not be visible.
Here’s how to edit a guest card:
- Log in to Funnel
- Locate the guest card in need of edits using either the Prospects > Pipeline section of Funnel or the Quick Search Bar and click on the prospect to bring up the prospect profile:
- The guest card is the long tile on the left side of the prospect profile containing the lead’s name, email, phone number, interest level, notes, and other preferences and settings:
- Anything that is editable in the guest card will have a dropdown arrow or a pencil icon next to it. To edit or add information, click on the icon and edit in-line:
