To manage your calendar of prospect appointments click on the Prospects tab and select Appointments from the dropdown menu.
You can add appointments by clicking and dragging directly on the calendar, or by clicking the Add Appointment button.
From there, you'll be able to select between adding a new appointment (you can use the send email notification to prospect to alert your prospect about the appointment, or changes to an appointment)
or adding blocked out time, time when you will not be available to meet with prospects (important meetings, vacations, doctor's appointments, etc).
Manager users will be able to add appointments for agents other than themselves.
