To manage your calendar of client appointments click on the Clients tab and select Appointments from the dropdown menu.
You can add appointments by clicking and dragging directly on the calendar, or by clicking the Add Appointment button.
From there, you'll be able to select between adding a new appointment (you can use the send email notification to client to alert your client about the appointment, or changes to an appointment)
or adding blocked out time, time when you will not be available to meet with clients (important meetings, vacations, doctor's appointments, etc).
Manager users will be able to add appointments for agents other than themselves.
