Quoting in Funnel

Funnel quoting functionality allows a user to quickly generate a quote based on a pricing matrix within the Funnel platform. The pricing that populates in this matrix will come from an integration with a client’s management software. The following is a step-by-step guide for users interested in generating quotes.

Generating Quotes in Funnel

1. Using the quick search bar, search for and locate the prospect. Click on the Prospect’s Name to open up their guest card.

2. Click on the Add Quote button in the top menu of the prospect’s guest card                

3. Search for the desired unit
4. Select the unit
5. Click Next

6. Select the Move-in Date and desired Lease Term
7. On the quote, add the total number of application fees that will be processed along with any other required fees or add ons the prospect would like such as parking or pets
8. Click Next

• • Note: Discount Quote will only be available to users with this permission

9. The quote will generate and present a preview of all information that was selected.

• • If any changes or additions are needed select Back

10. Once satisfied with the content of the quote click Create

11. If only providing the prospect with a single quote, click Send Quote. This will email the quote automatically to the prospect.

12. If the prospect has requested multiple quotes, select Add another quote.  

• • When sending multiple quotes, the max number of quotes will be 5 that can be generated at one time.

13. Follow the prompts to generate the additional quotes. Once the additional quotes are added, select Send Quotes. This will email the quote automatically to the prospect.

14. The quotes can then be viewed on the prospect’s guest card under the Listings section

15. To view the quote(s) sent to the prospect, click on the quote.
16. This will open up a preview of the quote sent and allow the agent to resend or download the quote.
