Opting Into Receiving Calls
Settings
In the Settings > Calls and Texts tab, you'll see a section titled "Receive Calls". This section allows agents to opt in/out of receiving inbound calls for each team that they have access to in Funnel.
By default, agents are opted into receiving calls from all teams that they have access to in Funnel.
Agents can toggle specific teams off if they should not be receiving inbound calls for those teams that day.
Workflow
Agents who work at the same community every day (or should receive calls for the same set of communities each day) do not need to make any changes to these settings. Floaters should visit this page each day to indicate which team they are working at and should receive calls for that day.
Users who have access to the Teams section in Settings are able to view and edit individual agents' call settings.
When hovering over "See Call Status", a modal is displayed that lists the teams that user is opted into receiving calls for.
Clicking on the "See Call Status" directs to a page that allows you to edit that user's settings.
