Adding Listings to a Guest Card in Funnel

In Funnel, agents can associate homes that a prospect is interested in directly to their guest card in two different ways. This article will walk agents through these steps. Click here for a word version of the job aid.  

Adding a Unit to a Guest Card  

1. In Funnel, select the desired Prospect
2. Select Add Unit 

3. Search by Unit Number or narrow down the parameters by using the filter options available. Select the desired unit and click Add Unit

4. The unit will now be saved to the Listings section on their guest card

Adding Listings to a Guest Card from the Community Level  

5. In Funnel, navigate to My Company → On-Market

6. Select the checkbox next to the desired unit
7. Select Prospect Actions → Save to Prospect

8. Search for and select the desire Prospect from the list
9. Click Save 

10. The listing will now be saved to the Prospect’s guest card under the listings section
