The Funnel Chatbot is intended as an easy, approachable way for prospects to interact with a community on their own time. Through conversation, prospects can both retrieve information necessary to make a purchasing decision, as well as perform some self-serve tasks to get them in the door. When prospects interact with the chatbot, their chats are recorded and tied to prospect records in the Funnel CRM, serving as a valuable lead ingestion point. Funnel Chatbot
- Using a blend of Natural Language Processing (NLP a.k.a “chat”) and guided button navigation, the Funnel Chatbot is currently able to handle the most frequently requested, and most important, tasks that new prospects have when visiting a community website. These tasks are:
- Book a Tour* (all tour types)
- Answer questions about availability & present available units*
- We can also present ‘similar units’ and units in Sister communities if nothing is available that matches the prospect’s preferences
- Provide information on:
- Amenities
- Apartment Features
- Pet Policy
- Parking
- Affordable Housing
- Community Specials
- Community Address
- Community Leasing Office hours
- Application Requirements info

- *Through these tasks, the bot also collects prospect preferences and saves them to the Guest Card within the Funnel CRM
- The chatbot was designed with Accessibility in mind. We’ve made sure that it is navigable by keyboard and text, as well as non-text, and content is readable by screen readers. We also include audio notifications that were included for incoming and outgoing messages.

- To top things off, the Chatbot can be personalized to fit the community’s brand. We can apply a primary color and include a community-specific logo so that the experience blends seamlessly with the website
- We can also customize the pop-up message that appears per community.
