How to Manage Lead Acquisition Costs in Funnel
Funnel offers the functionality to manage and report on your marketing costs in Funnel. You can see how to access and manage these by following the steps below!
Click on your name in the upper right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click into the Marketing tab and scroll down to the Lead Source Acquisition Cost section.
From here you can hover over any Lead Source and the options to edit or remove will appear and be available to select.
You're also able to add a new Lead Source Acquisition Cost by clicking on the Add Acquisition Cost button on the right side of the page.
This will cause the following window to pop up.
Costs require a start date but do not require end dates. Costs without an end date will apply from the start date to the present day. In all cases, the following cost types are supported:
Per Lead: This is a cost where the client is charged per lead that is entered into our platform
Per Lease: This is a cost where the client is charged per lease, ex. ApartmentList
Per Month: This is a cost where the client is spending a certain amount of money per month on a marketing source
